Hi, guys. I’m Murray. Sera is my Mom. She’s been teaching me all about life at the feeder.
The first thing she taught me was to be watchful. I saw the lady as soon as she opened the door. Mom told me I can tell her by how she looks and sounds. She talks to us squirrels. We hear her voice, and we listen.
Mom also taught me that the step is safe when the lady is there. We can go closer and watch and wait. I haven’t quite figured out the railing yet, but I know how to stand on my hind legs on the top step and beg.
It worked! The lady came out with corn, peanuts and sunflower seeds. Mom is so wise.
